Pennine is looking for a flexible and reliable Field Security Supervisor who will work primarily overnight and weekends. Open Availability is a must as shifts will revolve around the business needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Safely operate and maintain a Pennine Security Solutions Patrol Vehicle. This means you MUST have a clean driving record.
- Hold post in the event of a last minute no show or absence.
- Quality check our sites and staff working. Ensure all policies are met and uniforms are complete.
- Providing Safety and Security to the property, with a positive attitude and willingness to help
- Upholding client satisfaction by carrying the ability to problem solve, as well as uphold quality.
- Perform property tours, detailed report writing, and uphold strong communication levels with Pennine management and on-site property management.
- Collaborate in a positive work environment.
- Conduct proactive security patrols of the property observing for suspicious or criminal behavior. This includes foot patrol and vehicle based patrols. (In the event of an Emergency).
- Reporting any deficiencies or suspicious behavior noted on site to security management, or emergency responders as required.
- Ensure security duties are carried out in compliance with all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
- Coach and mentor staff you will encounter on your designated shifts
Ideal Candidate:
- Must Possess a D Security License issued by the State of Florida
- Due to insurance requirements, candidates over 25 are preferred.
- A full, clean drivers license is required.
- Must have worked in a supervisor capacity.
- Be able to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent English skills, both written and oral.
- Be able to produce accurate reports.
- Be able to prioritize time efficiently, and effectively.
- Good computer skills.
- Flexibility is a must.
