Now hiring a Multi-Site Service Manager overseeing Larkspur Apartments and Hickory Mill Apartments!
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Service Manager with a "Whatever It Takes" approach to lead maintenance operations across our apartment communities! In this full-time, exempt leadership role, you will oversee maintenance operations, team performance, and service quality while ensuring both communities meet company standards, resident expectations, and applicable compliance requirements.
As the Multi-Site Service Manager, you will help to:
- Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians across two apartment communities
- Drive apartment turn performance, maintaining standard make-ready timelines.
- Monitor work order completion, prioritize maintenance requests, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
- Partner with Property Managers to improve occupancy readiness and deliver an exceptional resident experience
- Coordinate preventive maintenance programs, vendor relationships, inventory management, and maintenance budgets
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure safety, compliance, curb appeal, and operational excellence
- Lead emergency preparedness planning and support a shared on-call rotation across four communities
- Coach, mentor, and hold maintenance team members accountable while creating a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement
Compensation & Incentives:
- Base Pay: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
- Up to 50% Rent Discount
- Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions

Hours & Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 8 AM- 4:30 PM
- Shared on-call rotation every 3 weeks across four communities
What We'll Expect From You:
- Active, valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Five or more years of maintenance experience, including at least two years in a supervisory or multi-site leadership role
- Multifamily property maintenance experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead maintenance teams, improve turn times, reduce work order backlogs, and manage competing priorities
