Games-R-Us is growing at a very fast pace! We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Gaming Host to elevate the guest experience at Games-R-Us for each of our locations. As a key ambassador of our gaming, you will create an energetic and welcoming environment for players while ensuring smooth operations. Your role is vital in fostering customer loyalty, managing all gaming events, and maintaining a lively, entertaining atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for gaming with exceptional guest service skills, all while ensuring compliance with all TABC and state laws.
Responsibilities
- Greet and sign in guest with enthusiasm, providing personalized service to enhance their gaming experience
- Manage gaming operations, including overseeing game flow and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
- Resolve guest concerns or conflicts promptly with professionalism, ensuring a positive atmosphere at all times
- Ensure compliance with all gaming operations regulations and safety protocols, including responsible gaming policies
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Solid understanding of all gaming operations, including poker, bingo, cornhole, darts, queen of hearts, and other popular games
- Ability to manage conflict professionally while maintaining a lively environment
- Knowledge of all TABC and state laws regarding Texas being a non gambling state
