What you’ll do
- Receive & log incoming mail/packages for our SF address
- Scan envelopes into the virtual-mailbox dashboard and alert customers
- Forward, hold, or shred items per client instructions; prep shipping labels
- Verify new customers’ PS 1583 IDs and keep audit files tidy for USPS inspections
- Maintain a clean, secure mailroom and lift up to 40 lbs when needed
- Coordinate with our remote Ops team via Slack and ticketing tools

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
