We are currently searching for a Countertop Slab Sales Rep for an established slab distributor expanding into the Nashville market. The company has successfully operated in Florida for the past 15 years and already has business in Middle Tennessee. Their goal is to build the Nashville branch to a $5M annual run-rate within the first year and a $10M annual run-rate within 18-24 months. Huge opportunity for high-growth!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain relationships with countertop fabricators, kitchen & bath dealers, builders, and other industry partners throughout Nashville and beyond.
- Represent a portfolio of countertop slab products throughout the territory.
- Drive territory growth through prospecting, relationship building, and account management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current experience selling countertop slabs is required along with at least 3-5 years of additional slab sales experience.
- Existing relationships with countertop fabricators, kitchen & bath dealers, builders, or related customers in the Nashville market.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
COMPENSATION
- High base salary plus uncapped commission
- Some commissions guaranteed Year 1 to help with transition!
- Top performers earn $200K+ annually Year 1
