Job Overview:
As a Delivery Driver for Fairhope Fish House, you will be responsible for delivering orders to customers in a safe, timely, and friendly manner. You will ensure that each delivery is accurate and packaged properly, providing our customers with the exceptional service they expect from our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all seafood items are packaged securely and remain at the right temperature during delivery.
- Follow the best routes to minimize delivery times while maintaining safety and driving standards.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Verify and check orders before leaving the shop to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies for safe driving and delivery practices.
- Collect payment and process any tips or additional charges if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a CLEAN driving record Is a Must!
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize deliveries.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Ability to lift and carry seafood orders (up to 50 pounds) .
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
