We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our leadership team at Lightwell Hotel + Spa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations, including front desk management, spa operations, and valet services. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage scheduling, oversee daily operations, and contribute to a collaborative leadership environment.
- Oversee and manage hotel front desk operations to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Manage spa operations and scheduling to ensure optimal staff coverage and high-quality guest experiences.
- Supervise valet management and scheduling to maintain efficient, timely vehicle services.
- Collaborate as a member of a robust leadership team to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and address any operational issues promptly.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- 3 - 5 years of leadership experience in hotel operations.
- Proven expertise in hotel front desk operations.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a leadership team.
