Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and versatile Marketing Coordinator to join our growing senior living organization. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role. The ideal candidate combines digital marketing skills with a genuine passion for senior living and the ability to connect with prospective residents, families, and referral partners in the community.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on experience
- Commission/Bonus: Based on sales performance
- Mileage reimbursement
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Leasing
- Conduct tours and showings of available units to prospective residents and families
- Generate and manage leads through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships
- Visit referral sources including hospital discharge planners and community organizations
- Support the full lease-signing and admissions process
- Meet occupancy and leasing goals for assigned communities
Digital Marketing
- Manage and update community websites
- Oversee CRM platform — track leads, follow-ups, and conversion data
- Execute digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, and online listings
- Generate and analyze lead reports to optimize marketing performance
Print & Collateral
- Design and coordinate production of brochures, flyers, business cards, and other print materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Distribute materials to referral partners and community contacts
Property & Administrative Support
- Assist with property management functions related to marketing and leasing during the initial ramp-up period
- Collaborate with community leadership on occupancy strategy
- Maintain organized records of quotes, bids, and marketing activities
Qualifications
Required
- Demonstrated experience in sales, leasing, or marketing
- Strong understanding of multifamily or residential leasing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple locations
- Proficiency with standard computer tools and marketing software
Preferred
- Experience working in a senior living, assisted living, or memory care community
- Background as a leasing agent at a multifamily apartment community
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
- Experience with website management and content updates
- Knowledge of senior care admissions processes
Work Environment
- Travel required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
