Join our early childhood education team as an afternoon Assistant Teacher/Floater, where you will support classroom activities and help create a positive learning environment for children across various age groups. This Monday-Friday from 3:00-6:00 p.m. position offers a great opportunity to gain diverse classroom experience while making a meaningful difference in children's lives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with classroom management to promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, ensuring safety and engagement at all times
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians about children’s progress and daily experiences
Experience:
- Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or childcare settings is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with young children, including toddlers and preschoolers
- Strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members
