Job Description: We are seeking a Cabinet Installer or Casework Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in home improvement, woodworking, or other relevant work. This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install custom cabinets in residential and commercial settings.
- Fabricate casework according to specifications and design plans.
- Ensure all installations and fabrications meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
