JOB SUMMARY: Sycamores provides a spectrum of equitable mental health services through various programs to multicultural populations of all acuities. Although it serves a variety of consumers, the agency focuses primarily on providing care to low-income, high at- risk youth.
The role of the LVN or LPT is to implement and integrate the delivery of health services to youth/young adults and to maintain accurate and timely documentation in order that the Agency can meet its programmatic and treatment objectives and to support psychiatric services, including management and documentation duties.
Starting Pay Range:
$35 - $38 per hour (starting pay will be based on previous work experience and educational background.)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Current licensure as a California vocational nurse or psychiatric technician.
- Basic training and or experience in medical procedures and administering medication Minimum 1 year experience working with SED children, youth/young adults Maintains all required licenses and certifications preferred.
- As this position may require regular and flexible travel between various sites and locations, driving is an essential function of this position. Candidate qualifications therefore include:
- Personal, reliable vehicle for travel to various locations.
- Valid California driver’s license.
- Acceptable driving record as determined Agency policy.
- Proof of auto insurance meeting minimum coverage requirements
