As our online business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated 3P Marketplace Coordinator to support and improve our presence across major third-party marketplaces.
Job Description
We are looking for an organized, hands-on, and results-driven 3P Marketplace Coordinator to support the daily operation and growth of our third-party sales channels, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, Faire, and other online marketplaces. This position will assist with product listings, marketplace advertising, promotions, inventory coordination, account health, reporting, customer feedback, and marketplace issue resolution.
Proven marketplace experience required. Candidates should be prepared to provide examples of improved listings, successful promotions, advertising results, catalog growth, issue resolution, operational improvements, or other measurable marketplace accomplishments.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations for Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, and other third-party marketplace accounts.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings, including titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, images, videos, attributes, categories, and variations.
- Assist with Amazon A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content, Brand Stores, marketplace SEO, keyword research, and conversion-rate optimization.
- Monitor and help optimize Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other retail media campaigns.
- Track sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, inventory, fees, returns, cancellations, and other marketplace performance metrics.
- Set up and maintain promotions, coupons, deals, seasonal events, pricing updates, and promotional calendars.
- Identify and resolve listing suppressions, feed errors, content conflicts, duplicate listings, variation issues, and marketplace compliance concerns.
- Open and manage support cases with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target, and other marketplace partners until issues are resolved.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, customer service, and operations teams on inventory availability, replenishment, FBA, WFS, merchant fulfillment, and order issues.
- Support new-product launches by preparing content, keywords, inventory, advertising, promotions, and post-launch reporting.
- Monitor account health, customer reviews, returns, claims, chargebacks, unauthorized sellers, and brand-protection concerns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketplace reports that summarize results, open issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Maintain product feeds and sales-channel integrations using Shopify, Rithum/ChannelAdvisor, Shopify Marketplace Connect, ERP systems, and other marketplace tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Two or more years of hands-on e-commerce or third-party marketplace experience, preferably including Amazon Seller Central.
- Proven track record of improving marketplace listings, advertising performance, catalog accuracy, promotions, product launches, operational efficiency, or issue resolution.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, Brand Registry, A+ Content, marketplace SEO, catalog management, and account-health requirements.
- Experience with Walmart Seller Center, Walmart Marketplace, Walmart Connect, WFS, Target Plus, Target.com, eBay, or similar online retail platforms is preferred.
- Understanding of PPC advertising, Sponsored Products, keyword research, SEO, conversion-rate optimization, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising.
- Ability to review marketplace reports and identify trends involving sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, inventory, fees, returns, and listing performance.
- Experience using Rithum/ChannelAdvisor, Shopify Marketplace Connect, Shopify, CommerceHub, or similar marketplace-management tools is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and basic data analysis; working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, communication, follow-up, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, support cases, and marketplace priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, creative, purchasing, warehouse, customer service, accounting, sales, and IT teams.
- Experience with ERP, OMS, or integration systems such as Odoo, NetSuite, or comparable platforms is a plus.
- Experience with outdoor products, sporting goods, home decor, gifts, novelty products, or another SKU-intensive consumer-products category is preferred.
