Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations and assume leadership in their absence

Assist with recruiting, selecting, and retaining qualified team members to ensure optimal staffing levels

Motivate and direct store teams to achieve productivity and profitability goals, communicating daily and weekly objectives

Promote outstanding customer service through coaching, training, and leading by example

Maintain high standards for merchandise presentation and visual displays

Uphold all operational policies and procedures, including loss prevention

Buy gently used clothing and accessories in accordance with company standards

Supervise and support team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment

At least 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments

Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and demonstrates high integrity

Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills

Ability to adapt priorities and manage time effectively in a busy setting

Available to work 40 hours per week, including 2 nights and rotating weekends
