Primary responsibility is to create drawings infused with whatever technical details are appropriate to the project. Often a part of a project team directed by a Project Manager, Job Captain, or Architect.

Independently prepares CADD production of presentation and plan documents; including detailing

Performs analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts.

Prepares project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data.

Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates and calcs.

Communicate progress update to Project Managers and Principals via weekly reports

Prepares internal and external reports as directed

Collaborate with various teams to ensure best project outcomes

Participate in client, company and team meetings as needed and directed

Minimum 3+ years’ work experience in architecture or similar field required

An undergraduate degree in Architecture, Associates degree in Drafting or completed course work in a related field of study

REVIT proficiency required, AutoCAD a plus
-
Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up and Lumion or Enscape, a plus

Strong communication skills; both verbal and written

$50,000 to $75,000 annual salary plus discretionary and profit-sharing bonuses and a robust benefits package including:
