As a Brand Representative, you'll meet directly with customers, introduce our client's products and services, answer questions, and recommend solutions that fit their needs. Responsibilities of the Brand Representative
- Meet directly with customers to promote our client's telecommunications services.
- Build brand awareness through engaging conversations and professional sales presentations.
- Learn each customer's needs and recommend the right products and services.
- Work alongside fellow Brand Representative team members to achieve daily sales goals.
- Guide customers through the sales process with confidence and professionalism.
- Stay up to date on current promotions and represent the brand with enthusiasm.
- Participate in ongoing Brand Representative training to strengthen communication, product knowledge, and sales skills.
