The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support for the Imaging Administration department. This role is essential to maintaining efficient department operations, supporting special projects, managing records, and ensuring professional communication across the organization.
Perform general receptionist and administrative duties.
Maintain departmental records, reports, and statistics.
Manage patient medical records and related documentation.
Oversee office supplies, equipment inventories, and departmental files.
Prepare memos, agendas, meeting minutes, and reports.
Copy, distribute, and file reports, records, and correspondence.
Assist with chart preparation and documentation management.
Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
Maintain and update departmental databases.
Provide support for research activities and special projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
