New CDL-A and ready to hit the road? This is your position. We are hiring recent graduates out of Edinburg, TX for a dedicated dry van regional account with no experience minimums, no training contracts, and no hidden fine print. You'll run consistent lanes across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico — and you'll be home every single week. No exceptions.
Pay & compensation
- Annual pay: $73,000 – $78,000
- Average weekly pay: $1,400 – $1,500
- CPM: $0.65 – $0.70 per mile
- Weekly mileage: 2,000 – 2,300 miles
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500
Schedule & home time
- Home every week — dedicated schedule, not bi-weekly, not "when loads allow"
- Regional lanes across TX, LA, OK, AR, and NM — no OTR, no cross-country runs

Responsibilities
- Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor-trailer on dedicated regional routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT requirements
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and all required documentation
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Ensure on-time delivery on assigned lanes
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must reside within 100 miles of Edinburg, TX
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Clean safety record and responsible driving habits
- Recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply — no experience minimum
