Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 / year DOE
Schedule: M-F Onsite 8 am - 5 pm

Description:
The HR Operations & Compliance Lead will be responsible for Paycom reporting and analytics. This person needs to have implemented Paycom and is familiar with of its features. This role serves as the primary owner of HR systems, benefits administration, and compliance programs. The position partners closely with leadership to align HR operations with business objectives, enhance workforce effectiveness, and maintain a compliant and high-performing work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze HR and Talent Team KPIs; drive accountability and continuous improvement
- Administer company-wide benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans (401K); Lead the annual open enrollment process from planning through execution
- Approve and audit benefit elections for accuracy and compliance
- Reconcile monthly vendor billing and resolve discrepancies
- Serve as the primary liaison for benefits providers and brokers
- HR Systems (HRIS) & Reporting (Paycom)
- Serve as the Paycom lead, managing system configuration, optimization, data integrity, reporting analytics, measuring performance
- Oversee workers' compensation program, including claim tracking and reporting
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentation
- Leverages HR systems and data to drive efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making
- Effectively manages employee benefits programs and external vendor relationships
- Analyzes complex issues and develops practical, compliant solutions
Education, Experience & Qualifications:
- 3 - 5+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis in operations, benefits, or compliance
- Must have Paycom expert level experience (implementation, training, running, and overseeing reports, compliance, etc)
- Must have benefits, 401k and workers compensation experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in multi-site or highly regulated environments (e.g., aviation, transportation)
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
- Advanced HRIS or reporting expertise
