Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team at Amber Court on the lake as a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our senior residents. Duties:
Provides daily support to senior residents in their homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
Assists with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitors and reports changes in residents' conditions to healthcare professionals
Maintains accurate and thorough records of services provided
Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Promotes independence, dignity, and respect for all residents
Requirements:
Valid NY HHA Certification
Capable of performing job-related physical tasks as required
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Friendly, professional, and engaging interpersonal style
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend day
On call as needed
Pay: $19.65 - $19.65 HOURLY
