We are hiring full-time licensed Nurse Practitioners who are dedicated and compassionate.
Our caring and outgoing Nurse Practitioners work Monday-Friday only, and conduct follow-up care for 6-8 patients per day. The daily treatment schedule is optimized for efficiency so that there is no more than 10 miles of travel between patients, and the patient load can be designed in consideration of your home location. The position provides all weekends and holidays off.
The Compensation package is attractive and competitive, and includes Healthcare Coverage, Paid Vacation, Mileage Reimbursement, and CME Support. There are bonus opportunities available for those who help expand our patient base.
The duties of the Nurse Practitioner include:
- Travel from patient-to-patient by car to perform various tasks, physical examinations and preventive health measures;
- Ability to utilize technology for telehealth visits with patients and their caregivers via DOXY.ME;
- Order, interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients’ clinical problems and healthcare needs;
- Coordinate care with the physician and other healthcare professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plans;
- Prescribe or recommend drugs, or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy or related therapeutic procedures;
- Participate in the promotion of the practice.
The ideal Applicant:
- Must have reliable transportation;
- Must be computer savvy with a strong willingness to utilize electronic communications;
- Must be able to treat patients in a home and/or facility environment using comprehensive EMR programming, including e-prescribe.
