Position Overview: Responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, providing product knowledge to determine their individual needs, keeping fixtures stocked with merchandise, maintaining overall store cleanliness and completing additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Essential Job Functions:
- Focusing on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact and offering help locating items when needed
- Operating computerized point of sale system for both cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a strong understanding of all products
- Must be able to sell items of an intimate nature in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current store stock and all new arrivals
- Actively maintain store appearance, keeping merchandise stocked and organized, while ensuring that the store itself is clean and well-presented inside and out
- Assist with pricing and re-stocking store after orders are received
- Adhere to all company procedures and policies
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Available to work retail hours, weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Experience dealing with customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Great communications skills both written and verbal
- Great listening skills and fast learner
- Able to follow instructions, guidelines and dress code
- Knowledge of adult products

- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must have YOUR OWN VEHICLE that you will DRIVE TO AND PARK AT the location for the duration of your shift.
Education/ Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2-year retail sales and customer service experience preferred
- English required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Drivers License AND Vehicle Required
