About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Litigation Associate to join our legal team and work directly under the guidance of our General Counsel. This is a fully remote position — an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney who wants hands-on courtroom and deposition experience while building a foundation in corporate litigation.
Must-Have Requirement
- Active North Carolina Bar License (required) — candidates without an active NC bar license will not be considered.
What You'll Do
- Serve as attorney of record on active litigation matters
- Attend hearings and conduct depositions
- Work closely with the General Counsel to develop case strategy
- Support an increasingly proactive litigation approach, including pursuing claims — not just defending them
- Gain direct, practical experience in corporate litigation
Who We're Looking For
- Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
- Aggressive early-career attorney eager to develop trial and litigation skills
- Background in insurance defense, auto/personal injury litigation, or similar high-volume litigation environments preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Strong communicator who can represent the company confidently in hearings and depositions
- Able to travel within North Carolina and occasionally elsewhere as needed for in-person hearings and depositions

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
