Reports To: Receiving / Shipping Supervisor
Hours: Sunday – Thursday 7am-Order Completion (OT as required by Supervisor)
Job Functions:
- Pick/ Stage orders based on truck out times
- Work ahead on next day truck shipments
- Label, restack, up stack, and consolidate pallets
- Ensure safety of loading/unloading (Wheel chocks, truck flags)
- Inspect cooler space to determine where to store product once it is unloaded
- Run & perform cycle counts keeping inventory organized (FIFO)
- Ensure all company food safety rules are followed included in GMP’s
- Ensure pre-shift forklift inspections are completed and documented
- Ensure all company safety rules are followed and enforced.
- Other directions/tasks/assignments as needed by Leadership
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks between picks
- Assist with shipping startup/transition
