QUALIFICATIONS:
- LMFT, LCSW, PsyD or PhD in psychology, counseling or related field.

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Clinical Supervisor and Program Coordinator.

Prior experience managing a 0-5 setting such as public or private preschool or Early Head Start program.
-
Ability to coordinate and effectively manage the program.
-
Effective communication with Program, Outpatient Department, the agency as a whole, and clinical community.
-
Strong organizational, attention to detail, problem solving, and leadership skills.
-
Experience in DMH setting and with an EHRS a plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Expertise in treatment of 0-5 population with ability to provide effective training and supervision.

Develop policies and procedures to ensure agency compliance with funding sources and for effective Hopeful Beginnings program implementation, updating these procedures as needed.

Monitor and oversee all program activities and ensure compliance with DMH requirements, including intake procedure and corresponding data entry, as well as treatment authorizations for the clients.

Provide on-going supervision of Program Associates MFT/CSW therapists, MHRS, and Behavioral Aides.

Recruit and train program staff and volunteers, including Doctoral or MFT/CSW Intern(s).

Ensure program compliance with licensing and contract requirements.

Oversee data collection and outcome measures, as appropriate.

Provide weekly reports to Director and as required to funding source.

Ensure consistent, thorough, and timely completion of all required paperwork.

Monitor and approve program billing and documentation in EHRS (Welligent).
-
Oversee submission of authorization for services in DMH Provider Connect portal.

Review and approve calendars, purchase orders, and extra activities that happens in the program
-
Conduct meetings with the Hopeful Beginnings team

Represent the agency at DMH and Community meetings.

Ensure 24-hour availability and crisis intervention on an as-needed basis.

Cover the staff (Milieu staff or therapists) as needed.
