CZT Energy USA Inc. is looking for a licensed Electrician to join our team here in Sealy, TX!
Licensed Electrician Requirements:
- At least 8-10 years of electrical Industrial/ Warehouse experience required
- Master's certification a plus. Pay rate can be negotiable for a Master's certification.
- Electrician licensed / certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently, communicate, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of work, adhere to safety regulations and procedures, and promote a culture of safety among colleagues and team members.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex electrical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Licensed Electrician Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and commission electrical systems, components, and equipment in metal manufacturing machinery and production lines, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
- Abiding by the circuit technical regulations and safety regulations to ensure safe power supply and normal operation of electrical equipment.
- Diagnose electrical issues, malfunctions, and failures in manufacturing equipment, machinery, and control systems, and perform repairs or replacements as needed to restore functionality.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and testing of electrical systems and components to identify and address potential issues before they lead to equipment downtime or failures.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, standards, and procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, arc flash safety, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Plan and execute electrical upgrades, modifications, and improve equipment performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, equipment manuals, and electrical drawings.
- Coordinate with production supervisors, maintenance technicians, engineers, and external contractors to schedule maintenance activities, prioritize work orders, and minimize production downtime.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to production and maintenance teams on electrical systems, safety procedures, and best practices for electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
