Job Title: Real Estate Cold Caller (Remote — Philippines)

Location: Philippines — preference for candidates in Iloilo, Bacolod, Davao, or Cebu

Schedule: [Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm EST](Flexible hours from 8AM-8PM EST)
About the Role
We're a real estate wholesaling company looking for a motivated, English-fluent cold caller to join our acquisitions team. You'll be calling property owner leads from provided lists, building rapport, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team to close deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on the phone, handles objections well, and wants steady, long-term remote work.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to property owner leads
- Follow provided scripts while sounding natural and conversational
- Qualify leads by asking key questions about property condition, motivation to sell, and timeline
- Handle objections professionally and keep leads engaged
- Log call outcomes and lead details accurately in our CRM (Podio & DataSift)
- Schedule qualified leads for follow-up with our acquisitions manager
- Meet daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets
Requirements
- Fluent, clear spoken English (minimal accent barrier for US callers)
- Prior cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience (real estate experience a strong plus)
- Comfortable with rejection and high call volume
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn a CRM/dialer quickly
- Available 8 hours during [8AM-8PM EST] daily
Preferred
- Experience with real estate wholesaling, cold calling for pre-foreclosure/probate/tired landlord leads
- Familiarity with dialers such as Ready Mode
- A recorded sample call or willingness to complete a short live call test as part of the interview
