Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer / Solution Architect to design, build, integrate, and support enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and REST APIs.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business processes into technical solutions, and deliver scalable, maintainable applications and integrations.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Finance & Operations (F&O) is highly desirable, particularly where Power Platform solutions integrate with ERP, project, finance, resource, or operational processes.
Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

Work with business users, product owners, and technical teams to understand processes, pain points, and integration needs.

Translate requirements into functional and technical solution designs.

Design and develop solutions using Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, Model-Driven Power Apps, Dynamics 365, REST APIs, and Azure API Management.

Build and maintain Power Automate flows for Dataverse processing, API integrations, asynchronous workflows, error handling, and automation.

Design Dataverse tables, relationships, lookups, alternate keys, and supporting data models.

Develop integrations between Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and external systems using REST APIs and JSON.

Configure and support Azure API Management for API routing, policies, security, and backend integration.

Support business rules involving eligibility, routing, scheduling, recommendations, and operational processing.

Work with Dynamics 365 Field Service components such as Accounts, Contacts, Functional Locations, Bookable Resources, Work Orders, and Work Order Tasks.

Support or integrate with Dynamics 365 Project Operations, including projects, resources, project-related transactions, and operational processes.

Support integrations involving Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and understand how Dataverse and Power Platform solutions interact with ERP processes and data.

Analyze and improve solution performance, especially for high-volume, batch, and integration scenarios.

Troubleshoot Power Automate, Dataverse, API, APIM, security, integration, and deployment issues.

Support deployments across Development, UAT, and Production environments.

Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, process flows, API documentation, and implementation guides.

Participate in testing, defect resolution, production support, and technical handoff activities.
Required Skills and Experience

5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications or Microsoft business solutions.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

Strong experience with Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, Model-Driven Power Apps, REST APIs, JSON/HTTP, data modeling, and Power Platform solutions/ALM.

Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.

Ability to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience with system integrations and asynchronous processing.

Experience with environment variables, connection references, and solution deployments.

Working knowledge of JavaScript and Dataverse Web API.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
