Position Details
We are currently hiring Direct Care Workers / Med Passers for part and full-time positions:
- 1st Shift: 24-40 hours per week
- 2nd Shift: 24-40 hours per week
- Schedule: No mandation (we respect your time and work-life balance)
Pay & Perks

Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Administer medications as directed
- Provide compassionate care, especially in memory care settings
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and residents
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Medication administration experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred
- Must pass background check and health screening
