Job Overview
An established property management company, supporting a vacation condo property in Fraser, CO area is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing a range of maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance tasks, with a focus on customer service and teamwork. Painting, drywall, janitorial, and general maintenance experience is a plus.
This position will report to the Maintenance Manager.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday- Friday
- Weekends & on call responsibilities as needed
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, basic electric, basic plumbing, grounds and other building support as needed.
- CPO Certified preferred.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Implement preventive maintenance practices to reduce downtime and extend the life of equipment.
- Use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track and schedule maintenance tasks.
Skills
- Some background in general maintenance, light plumbing, light electrical.
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
