We are a professional property management company specializing in full-service multifamily management in the Greater Los Angeles area, is looking to hire a motivated, detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor with a minimum of two years’ experience.

Responsibilities Include:
· The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the work order being requested as well as the what the work order life cycle entails
· Maintain quality vendors while constantly sourcing new vendors as the company continues to grow
· Evaluate vendors as needed on AppFolio and Smart Maintenance – making necessary changes on Smart Maintenance and keeping Smart maintenance updated as we continue to source quality vendors over time.
· Maintain a pricing sheet to determine which vendors are our most cost-effective vendors.
· Ensuring the quality of work by checking the documents (photos) or by speaking with the vendor directly and by following up with the tenant
· Exploring different ways to improve the system and the department. Setting up routine meetings with appfolio to ensure we are aware of all new components through their system and utilizing as much as possible within our means
· Working with the Operation Manager on developing/editing process flows for the maintenance department
· Have a general understanding of maintenance: good at determining the priority of a job, approximate cost, and steps to get quality job done in a timely manner

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or office admin assistant
- Very strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple job functions
- Excellent ability to accurately report, follow-up, and evaluate
- Knowledge of maintenance and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; Past property management company work experience will be a plus
- Strong background in customer service, the ability to think on the spot/problem solve, and deal with high-stress situations
- Excellent computer skills; Proficiency in AppFolio database software. Ability to quickly learn new procedures & software
