We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team in beautiful Missoula, MT. In this role, you’ll work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, individualized care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
-
Implement individualized care plans to improve patient mobility and independence
-
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home safety
-
Accurately document patient progress and communicate with the care team

Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards
-
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
-
Current PTA license in the state of Montana (or ability to obtain)

CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Previous home health experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and time management skills
