We are looking for a professional, energetic, and sales-driven individual to be the face of our studio.
Position Overview
The Sales Associate plays a key role in client experience, membership sales, and daily studio operations.
This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and has a strong interest in sales and customer service.
Schedule
- Up to 5–6 hours per day
- Must be available for morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts
- Studio hours:
- Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekends: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Weekend availability is required
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage appointments and studio schedule
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients
- Present and sell membership options
- Handle client questions and objections with confidence
- Support Flexologists with scheduling and client flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio
- Assist with administrative tasks and studio operations
Qualifications
- Sales experience required (fitness, wellness, retail, or service industry)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional presence
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
