The Kids West Site Leader plans, directs and supervises a safe and engaging school-age childcare program at an
assigned elementary school. Responsible for the overall daily site programming, compliance, fostering a nurturing
environment, leadership, and serves as the primary point of contact for families. KW Site Leader collaborates with Kids
West and Community Education staff to support staff and families.
