We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working condition.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred; IHG Brand Hotels or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.

Pay: $18.20 - $19.00 per hour
