Wilma’s Famous Jerk is seeking dependable, friendly, and hardworking Front-of-House Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately preparing and handing out orders, maintaining a clean and organized front area, and helping the restaurant operate smoothly during busy shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Accurately take, process, package, and distribute orders
- Answer customer questions regarding menu items and wait times
- Confirm every order is accurate and complete before handing it out
- Keep the counter, lobby, beverage station, and other FOH areas clean
- Restock sauces, utensils, napkins, cups, bags, and other supplies
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties
- Communicate order concerns or customer issues to leadership
- Work efficiently and remain composed during high-volume periods
- Assist teammates and take initiative without needing constant direction
- Follow all food-safety, sanitation, attendance, and workplace policies

- Willing to clean, restock, and stay productive between customers

- Restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
