We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restoration Crew Lead to oversee and coordinate restoration projects involving fire, water, mold, and other damages.
This leadership role is vital in ensuring that restoration services are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the restoration industry, with hands-on experience in cleaning, construction, and specialized remediation techniques. As a Restoration Crew Lead, you will motivate your team, manage daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency water, fire, mold, biohazard, and storm-related losses.
- Supervise restoration technicians and coordinate daily work assignments.
- Independently operate company vehicles.
- Perform emergency service response activities.
- Conduct moisture inspections and moisture mapping.
- Calculate and monitor psychrometric conditions.
- Set up, monitor, adjust, and remove drying equipment.
- Complete moisture documentation utilizing company-approved restoration software platforms.
- Create and maintain project documentation utilizing digital sketching and documentation platforms.
- Maintain daily job notes, photographs, moisture logs, and equipment records.
- Conduct jobsite quality control inspections.
- Identify jobsite hazards and implement appropriate safety controls.
- Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, office staff, and management.
- Control labor, material, and consumable usage on assigned projects.
- Protect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, tools, and materials.
- Assist with training and direction of restoration technicians.
- Participate in after-hours emergency response and on-call rotations.
- Perform other restoration-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of restoration industry experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of hands-on water mitigation experience.
- Experience performing emergency service response operations.
- Experience setting up, monitoring, and adjusting drying equipment.
- Experience performing moisture inspections and moisture mapping.
- Experience utilizing psychrometric principles and drying calculations.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Pay rate: $22 an hour.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:45 am to 4:15 pm.
