Job Description:
Willowtree is a community mental health agency, servicing more than 20 counties across Indiana. Willowtree specializes in supplying quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to members of our community. Willowtree provides a variety of services for court order clients working with the Department of Child Services, and provides Behavior Management Services for adults and children diagnosed with developmental disabilities who have an active Indiana Medicaid Waiver through BDDS.
Willowtree is hiring additional Behavior Clinicians to meet the needs of our Community. This position is hourly and can be part-time or full-time, or contractual 1099. This position requires a Master's Degree in Human Services and some experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
This position has the ability to have a flexible schedule to include some daytime hours and evening/after-school hours, meeting the needs of the individuals needing services. An ideal candidate would be comfortable providing services within the community, office setting, and within the client's home throughout the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Provides Behavior Management/Modification in the client's home, community, or office setting. Clients may consist of children, adults, or teenagers who are diagnosed with some sort of developmental delay or disability.
- Complete client intake, Functional Behavior Assessments, and Behavior Support Plans for each client. Train caregivers and staff on the Behavior Support Plan.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing supervision and training
- Attend regular team meetings about client progress
- Maintaining client file at all times to include cancellation records, progress notes, monthly reports, consent forms, Support Plans, assessments, etc.
- Timely and quality completion of reports and documentation required for clientele, including progress notes
- Documenting data during the session to drive data-based interventions
- Be available for crisis services for clientele, as applicable
- Attend regular training/seminars to continue developing skillset
- Attend community events to promote the company, as requested
- Maintaining your own calendar of client appointments
- Contacting clients and scheduling appointments
Qualifications:
- Must have up-to-date car insurance, car registration, an active driver's license, and a healthy DMV record at all times.
- Must have a reliable working vehicle at all times and be able to drive a vehicle
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- The ability to pass a criminal history, child protective services background check, and full panel drug screen
- Ability to use technology sufficiently, such as virtual video/audio platforms, Microsoft Word, Outlook Email, and other software utilized by Willowtree
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds, be able to crouch down, and be able to navigate walking without issue
- Vehicle compatible with transportation of children/clientele
- Complete CEUs yearly according to licensure requirements.
- Master's degree in Human Services
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental delay or disability

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
