Experienced Pool Service Technician — NorCal Pools (Rocklin, CA)
NorCal Pools is a fast-growing, family-owned pool service and repair company serving Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln, and surrounding areas. We’re looking for an experienced Pool Service Technician who takes pride in their work, values quality and reliability, and wants to grow with a professional, well-organized team.
Position:
Full-Time Pool Service Technician (Experienced)
Compensation:
- $20–$24/hour (DOE)
- Company vehicle after probation period
- Company phone, uniforms, and supplies provided
- Performance and referral bonuses available
Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly pool and spa maintenance (brushing, netting, vacuuming, chemical testing/balancing)
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation, etc.)
- Inspect and report issues to management and clients
- Maintain clean, organized truck and accurate service records
- Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in pool service or repair (preferred 2+)
- Working knowledge of Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward systems
- Ability to test and balance water chemistry confidently
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round
