Pay Rate/Range: $37-45/hr
Description: Seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background. The Industrial Maintenance Technician maximizes plant uptime and efficiency. The Industrial Maintenance Technician executes preventive maintenance (PM), conducts root-cause troubleshooting, performs mechanical repairs, and services electrical/instrumentation systems across grain handling, fermentation, and distillation areas.
Duties:
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Execute PMs on rotating equipment (e.g., centrifuges, pumps, agitators, conveyors). Inspect and replace wear parts, gearboxes, bearings, and seals.
Instrumentation & Electrical: Troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair process control instrumentation, including flow, level, pressure, and temperature transmitters. Service MCCs, VFDs, and motors.
T roubleshooting: Perform root-cause failure analysis and quickly diagnose mechanical or electrical faults to minimize operational downtime.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-4:00pm
