Responsibilities
- Assemble golf shafts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment according to precise specifications.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure durability and performance standards are met.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely to receive, store, and organize inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment in the manufacturing facility.
- Prepare finished products for shipping by packaging and labeling with attention to detail with the existing team.
- Support warehouse organization by keeping work areas clean, safe, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks to meet production targets efficiently.
Experience
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with assembly line processes and the use of hand tools and power tools is essential.
- Warehouse experience involving and inventory management is a strong plus.
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with manufacturing equipment will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
