About the Role:
As a Direct Support Professional, you will be at the heart of our mission, providing essential, hands-on support to the individuals we serve. You will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, respectful, and positive environment, helping individuals with daily living activities, community integration, and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in accordance with their personal support plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Foster a safe and supportive home environment, ensuring the well-being of the individuals we serve at all times.
- Accompany individuals to appointments and community activities, promoting social engagement and integration.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be a compassionate, patient, and reliable individual.
- Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Ability to pass all required background screenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required! We provide comprehensive training.

Please Note: All offers of employment at Victory Life Services are contingent upon the successful completion of the following mandatory screenings:
- Caregiver Criminal History Screening through the New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH).
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Check.
- Drug Screening.
- Verification of References.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
