Provenir Healthcare is recruiting a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a full-time outpatient opportunity in the Las Vegas (Paradise), NV area. - Monday-Friday 8a-5p
- No weekends
- No holidays
- No overnights
- Minimal on call responsibilities
- 100% Outpatient schedule
- Average patient volume of approximately 15 patients per day
- Focus on quality outcomes instead of high patient volume

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult and Medicare Advantage patients.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform preventive care visits, annual wellness exams, and routine follow-up appointments.
- Develop long-term relationships with patients through continuity of care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes in a value-based care environment.
- Participate in quality initiatives that promote preventive medicine and patient wellness.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO with an active state Nevada medical license (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
- Previous outpatient primary care experience preferred
- Experience practicing in a value-based care or Medicare Advantage setting is highly preferred
