Job Summary:
The BSA/AML Analyst is responsible for supporting the Bank’s compliance with applicable anti–money laundering (AML), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and sanctions regulations through daily monitoring, investigation, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day BSA/AML compliance functions, including transaction monitoring and alert review.
- Conduct thorough investigations of suspicious activities and document findings in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Review and disposition alerts related to OFAC, sanctions screening, and other watchlists.
- Perform customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and periodic account and transactional reviews, including customer risk rating assessments.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and other regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails to support compliance reviews and regulatory examinations.
- Stay informed of regulatory changes and internal policy updates related to BSA/AML compliance.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
