Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service throughout their visit.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using Cake POS systems.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Cake POSsystems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
- Culinary experience or fine dining experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the restaurant schedule.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $2.13 - $7.25 per hour
