What You’ll Do
- Deliver accurate, detailed, and timely estimates for landscaping, irrigation, and construction projects.
- Review bid invitations, site visits, and project specifications with precision.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure best-value pricing and timely delivery.
- Build comprehensive job packages with materials, drawings, estimates, production rates, and schedules.
- Partner with sales and operations to ensure estimates transition smoothly to execution.
- Balance competing priorities, shifting deadlines, and changing project goals while maintaining accuracy.
- Bring forward creative, value-engineering ideas that strengthen Munie’s competitive position.
Who You Are

- 3–5 years of experience estimating commercial landscaping projects required.
- Degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or similar preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Valid driver’s license required; OSHA 10 and Spanish language skills a plus.
