Now Hiring: Experienced Hands-on Maintenance Supervisor – Multi-Property Portfolio
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations across multiple properties. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of technicians, manage vendor relationships, and ensure our communities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This is a hands-on leadership position that blends team supervision with active field repairs. A company work truck is provided for travel between locations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coordinate maintenance operations across multiple properties
- Supervise and serve as a role model for our maintenance technicians
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors
- Perform and oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Manage work orders, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues
- Collaborate daily with property managers and association board members
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3–5+ years of residential or commercial property maintenance experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general appliance repair.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to operate the company-provided work truck.
- Tools: Ownership of basic hand and power tools is highly helpful (specialized equipment provided).
- Physical Ability: Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors daily in changing weather conditions.
- Availability: Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance responses.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with property managers, board members, and property owners.
- Organization: Experience using digital work order systems and managing inventory or vendor contracts.
