Maine Ocean Lobster is proudly affiliated with Kittery Trading Post, the iconic outdoor retailer established in 1938 and known throughout New England and beyond. During the busy summer season, we also operate outdoor lobster sales at Kittery Trading Post, serving thousands of visitors looking for an authentic Maine experience.

Position Overview
As a Lobster Pound Grader & Delivery Driver, you’ll play an important role in the daily operation of our lobster processing and distribution business. Responsibilities include grading, packing, processing, and delivering fresh New England lobster products while maintaining quality and safety standards.
This is a hands-on, active role ideal for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working around live lobster and in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Grade and sort live Maine lobsters by size and quality
- Pack and process fresh lobster products for customers and shipments
- Assist with lobster pound operations and inventory handling
- Deliver products safely and professionally to local destinations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and delivery vehicles
- Work as part of a team to support daily seafood operations
Schedule
- Seasonal full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Typical hours between 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Must be available to work at least one weekend shift per week
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
