Aesthetic Assistant — Boutique Medical Spa (Ruhe Aesthetics)

Ruhe Aesthetics is a boutique, luxury medical spa seeking a highly reliable, polished Aesthetic Assistant to work directly alongside our owner and sole provider. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who loves beauty, thrives in a clinical-meets-creative environment, and wants to grow within a modern med spa.

Schedule
- Wednesday through Sunday
- Consistent hours
- Travel required for trainings, events, and special brand activations
Position Overview
You will support one provider exclusively and assist with nearly all aspects of daily operations. This role is dynamic, engaging, and essential — you’ll help ensure seamless treatments, elevated client experiences, and smooth business flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and break down treatment rooms with precision
- Assist the provider during treatments (non-clinical unless licensed)
- Greet clients and manage patient flow in a luxury setting
- Maintain inventory, restocking, and overall clinic organization
- Support off-site events, trainings, and brand activations (travel included)
- Capture content, assist with scheduling, and help with administrative tasks
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and Ruhe Aesthetics brand standards
Education & Growth
- Hands-on mentorship directly from the provider
- Exposure to advanced aesthetic techniques, products, and industry trends
- Travel opportunities for trainings, workshops, and industry events
- Real-world experience in both clinical flow and business operations
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation + willingness to travel
- Highly dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Comfortable working closely with one provider in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare strongly preferred
- Experience in med spa, medical office, hospitality, or luxury service is a plus
