Director of Rentals, Activations & Partnerships
Reel Wheels Entertainment is seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven professional to oversee the rental, leasing, and activation of one of the country’s most unique collections of iconic movie, television, and celebrity vehicles.
This is not a standard car rental position. The role combines experiential sales, entertainment partnerships, client management, transportation coordination, and event logistics across high-profile activations nationwide.
Our vehicles and assets are utilized for:
- Comic-Cons and fan conventions
- Corporate activations and experiential marketing campaigns
- Luxury private events, weddings, and milestone celebrations
- Bar and Bat Mitzvahs
- Hospitality, resort, and casino events
- Film premieres and entertainment industry functions
- Pop-up exhibits and immersive installations
- Influencer, media, and promotional productions
- VIP collector experiences
- Trade shows, festivals, and public-facing events
Responsibilities:
- Develop and secure rental, leasing, and activation opportunities
- Build relationships with corporations, agencies, event planners, conventions, hospitality groups, and high-net-worth clientele
- Coordinate transportation, insurance requirements, scheduling, and logistics for high-value vehicles and aircraft
- Manage transport vendors, operational timelines, and event execution
- Oversee client communications and ensure white-glove presentation standards
- Assist in expanding the company’s experiential entertainment and partnership initiatives nationwide
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with strong operational and logistical instincts
- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts under pressure
- Experience in experiential marketing, luxury events, entertainment, hospitality, automotive, or live events preferred
- Professional demeanor with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to travel as needed
Candidates should possess a genuine appreciation for film, television, and iconic entertainment vehicles, along with either an existing knowledge base of notable movie and television cars or a strong willingness to develop a deep understanding of the history, provenance, and cultural significance of each asset within the collection.
Compensation:
- Full-time position
- $25/hour base compensation
- 5% uncapped commission on gross sales
- Significant six-figure earning potential for strong performers as the platform expands
