**Job Summary:**
No Coast is seeking a dependable and hardworking **Dishwasher / Kitchen Cleaner** to join our team. This position is vital to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and safely. You’ll be responsible not only for washing dishes and utensils, but also for deep cleaning tasks to ensure a spotless and sanitary environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area and kitchen
* Deep clean kitchen surfaces, including walls, floors, and equipment
* Scrub and sanitize baseboards, walls, drains, and hard-to-reach areas
* Take out trash and recycling; keep dumpster area clean and tidy
* Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
* Assist kitchen staff with cleaning duties as needed
**Qualifications:**
* Prior dishwashing or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
* Strong attention to detail, especially in deep cleaning tasks
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take direction
* Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
* Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
